Menu items include roast-game meats, signature homemade potato chips, smoked chicken chowder, grilled shrimp and scallop salad, steak sandwich, and blackened snapper, and the classic martini. This restaurant is open for lunch only.

Spindletop offers a touch of romanticism to the evening as it revolves high atop Houston's skyline. The restaurant offers servings of New American cuisine with a nod to the Pacific Rim. Diners might begin with curried mussels, green-tea smoked duck, or spicy seafood chowder. Entrées include Cabernet Chipotle Chicken, rack of lamb, fine steaks, and Maine lobster.

The Park Bar is located in the center of the 30-storey atrium lobby. An ideal place for people-watching, fine spirits and appetizers.

Whistler's Walk is another casual all-day restaurant that overlooks the atrium lobby. It offers breakfast buffets; lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers a selection of quesadillas, nachos, taco salad, a Texas wrap with smoked brisket, or the classic chicken fried steak with all the trimmings.
