Hyatt Regency Dallas is located in the West End District. The property is connected to Reunion Tower, a 50-story building famous for its lit geodesic dome. Dinner menu includes Antelope Black Bean Chilli, Lobster and Green Chili Bisque, Texas Ranch Mixed Grill, and Crab Crusted Trout. The Landmark Tower—a chocolate replica of Reunion Tower is a patented dessert of the restaurant.
Centennial Cafe is designed to country-style. It has a private dining area That can seat approximately 50 persons. The café specializes in southwest cuisine.
The Dome is yet another revolving outlet on 50th floor of Reunion Tower. It is conencted to the Antares Restaurant through a winding staircase. The Tower Breeze and the Dallas Tornado rule the roost amongst drinks.
Monduel's is a bar at atrium level, shaded by trees. Bar stools face the floor-to-ceiling windows It also gives a view of the Dallas skyline. The bar has an assortment of appetizers, fine spirits, and extensive selection of beers.
