Hyatt Regency Calgary
Hyatt Regency Calgary was constructed in 1998 and was then an integral part of the urban revival and gentrification of a historic part of the city. The hotel portrays a blend of contemporary designs interwoven with historic buildings that are amongst the city's oldest. The lobby has a mahogany canoe suspended from the ceiling. Contemporary Canadian artifacts are displayed all over the lobby.
