Hyatt Regency Boston is built around four atria with terraces. The reception is at the third floor. There is a sitting area and a lounge off the lobby. Guests in the hotel are predominantly business people and conferees. However the central location of the hotel near shopping complexes and the availability of transport links attract vacationers.

The 22-storeyed hotel has 500 guestrooms built on a sixteen storeyed atrium from floors 6 to 22. The King Bed, Two double beds, Business Plan One King, Business Plan Double, Terrace Suite, Lafayette Suite and Presidential suite comprise the 500 guestrooms.

Updated amenities in the rooms include wireless Internet access, CD players, and 27-inch flat-screen TVs with video games, premium cable channels, and pay movies.
